Location: Located at the foot of Mt. Meeker, Highlands Camp & Retreat Center offers 285 acres of natural experiences, including streams, ridges, meadows, rock outcroppings, and pine forests, all with sunrise and sunset views.
Just a 90-minute drive from the Denver Airport and 60 minutes from Boulder, Colorado.

Where is the Rest, Rise and Shine Retreat taking place?

Will I have to share a room?
Sort of.
See the layout above. We will be staying in the retreat Center Lodge rooms. They have 2 twin beds in each bedroom area with a Jack N Jill bathroom in between. There is only one entrance so you will be sharing the room, but still have your own bedroom area to spread out. You can request to share a room with your business bestie or meet someone new!
What if I have a food allergy or other dietary requirements?
Be sure to let us know (there’s a place on the survey form when you register)! The food is prepared by the retreat center, but we will try to accomodate the following dietary needs: Gluten and dairy intolerance, vegan or vegetarian, and most allergies except soy. Please note it is not a kosher or halal kitchen. If you have concerns, please email them directly to [email protected]
What if I can't stay for the entire duration?
Because this is an intimate group, we encourage you to block out the weekend from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon.
Your travel plans are entirely your own, so if you have to leave early or come late that is ok. However, we can’t offer any discounts on retreat fees if you have to arrive late or leave early.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur that may prevent you from attending the Rest, Rise and Shine Retreat. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation policy:
More than 31 Days Notice: If you cancel more than 31 days before the event, you will receive a refund of all monies paid, minus a $100 administrative fee.
This fee helps cover the costs associated with covers pre-paid expenses, pre-event preparations including gifts, materials, and securing event spaces.
30 Days or Less Notice: For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event, the following fees apply to cover the increased costs and potential revenue loss from unoccupied rooms:
- Refund of all monies paid minus a $350 fee.
- You can send someone else in your place - gift it to another deserving woman entrepreneur.

Recognizing the challenges that may lead to a late cancellation, we offer additional support to help you get back on track. Please reach out to discuss your situation with Mary.
If you cancel with 30 days or less notice, Mary will offer a complimentary 90-minute FOCUS session, valued at $350. This session is designed to help you regain momentum in your business endeavors and can provide valuable insights and strategies tailored to your needs.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to providing you with an extraordinary retreat experience and hope that you will not need to cancel. However, we are here to assist should any issues arise.
